By ordering with, customers agree to the return/refund policies outlined below.

Please ship all returns to the address listed below within 30 days of purchasing your order. Your merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Prior to shipping, we request that you contact our customer service reps to inform them that you will be returning an item(s).

Unfortunately, Nice Kicks cannot cover or refund the price of return shipping. We can only refund the cost of merchandise (fees may apply).

If you're returning an item because of an error made by Nice Kicks, please contact us at to discuss shipping arrangements. If we are decidedly responsible for the issues warranting a return or exchange, we can refund or reimburse shipping cost up to $9.95. The remaining amount will be refunded when we receive and process your item(s).

You will have 30 days from the day you purchase your order to ship to the address below. Returns will be accepted for items within 30 days of purchase with the exception of final sale items.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to cancel your order, we will do our best to do so; however, once the order is acknowledged by our warehouse, it’s more difficult to stop the process.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Shop Nice Kicks is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
In the event of lost shipment, our customer service will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, please contact our Customer Service to help you file a claim. Once the claim is filed and all investigations have taken place regarding the lost package, the shipping carrier may reimburse up to a maximum amount of $100.

Shop Nice Kicks is not responsible for reimbursing any additional amount than what is covered.
