RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We at Nice Kicks want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise bought from www.shopnicekicks.com may be returned within 30 DAYS of receiving your order. If you are returning a product, a $6.99 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. If the return is not accepted and you would like to cancel the order, a $10 cancellation fee will be applied. If the return is a New Release or Limit One Per Customer item, the processing fee will be $10.

➔ Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you.
• Altered, used, worn, or washed merchandise cannot be returned.
• All tags (hang tag, sizing tag, and care tag) must be intact.
• All items are inspected by our QA department before authorizing a refund.
➔ Shipping Costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Shop Nice Kicks does not cover the cost associated with Returns/Exchanges.
• Shop Nice Kicks may provide a return label ONLY if it is determined the product is defective.
➔ Fill out the following RMA form for your Return/Exchange
• Indicate the Reason of your Return.
• Indicate your Order ID#. This can be found on your order receipt.
