Lost or Damaged Shipments
Shop Nice Kicks is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. A shipping confirmation email is sent once your order is shipped. This email includes the order details with the tracking information to track your order. If the shipment tracking status shows 'Delivered' and the shipment is still 'lost' for reasons such as if the buyer is not available to receive the package OR if the shipment is left at doorstep, Shop Nice Kicks is not responsible for the shipment becoming lost or stolen in these conditions. It is the buyer's responsibility to make proper arrangements for receiving the expected package.
In the event of lost shipments, our customer service will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, please contact our Customer Service to help you file a claim. Once the claim is filed and all investigations have taken place regarding the lost package, the shipping carrier will reimburse up to a maximum amount of $100. Shop Nice Kicks is not responsible for reimbursing any additional amount than what is covered by the shipping carrier.
