Refund policy

We hold ourselves to the highest standard of customer service, and we want you to love your new kicks! If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.

Please ship all returns to the address listed below within 30 days of purchasing your order. Your merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. In order to return an item you will need to download and fill out the return form found below.

Unfortunately, Nice Kicks cannot cover or refund the price of return shipping. We can only refund the cost of merchandise (fees may apply).

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please contact customerservice@shopnicekicks.com  as soon as practical for assistance. All cancellations and returns are subject to a $15.00 cancellation/Return fee.
