When ordering with Shopnicekicks.com, customers are required to acknowledge that they have read and agree with the following terms of service.
Nice Kicks will ship to many countries worldwide, but please understand that due to a high volume of fraudulent international transactions, each order is subject to a screening and verification process prior to shipping. Customers can avoid suspicion of fraudulent activity by using a verified PayPal account with a confirmed address, and/or by entering the same address under billing and shipping for your order.
Postage is generally calculated by weight, package size, and services used. Postage is NOT determined by the price or types of products(customs, taxes, tariffs, and entry fees ARE determined by these values).
We currently ship international orders via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Our starting international rate is $49.50, and $29.50 for shipments to Canada. Please be aware that as weight increases, the shipping price will also increase. Multiple items may also require larger and/or multiple shipping containers which also increases the cost.
The "landed cost" is the total amount accumulated from the time you place your order, to the time of delivery. This includes all ADDITIONAL- customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and other entry fees that are typically collected at the time of delivery or pick-up. These ADDITIONAL amounts vary greatly, and can be difficult to estimate because they depend on the destination country, the contents of your order, the origin of manufacturing, and the value of the merchandise.
These expenses are NOT included with your Nice Kicks order/shipping totals, and should not be misconstrued as additional shipping charges. Because Nice Kicks does not have control over these fees, the importer(customer) is responsible for researching, understanding, and shouldering all fees imposed by the carrier(UPS) or international customs offices. Nice Kicks will not cancel/refund/return an order just because a customer does not wish to pay the applicable fees.

As always, please allow 24 hours for order processing from Monday to Thursday, and 24-72 hours on the weekend based on what day you order. Approximate shipping times for UPS Worldwide Expedited are as follows:
Delivery in two business days to Canada
Delivery in two or three business days to Mexico
Delivery in three or four days to Europe
Delivery in four or five days to Asia and Latin America
These figures do not necessarily reflect the actual delivery time. Once UPS has delivered the package to your country, customs offices conduct inspections that may delay shipments for up to several weeks. Although most packages should arrive within 4 weeks, we have had cases where customs have delayed packages for almost 3 months. Once your order leaves our warehouse, Nice Kicks cannot control the speed of delivery. UPS tracking is very effective and packages are seldom "lost". We ask that you give sufficient time for your package to arrive.

We hold ourselves to the highest standard of customer service, and we want you to love your new kicks! If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange.
Please ship all returns to our Fulfillment Center , CA within 14 days of receiving your order. Your merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Prior to shipping, we request that you contact our customer service reps to inform them that you will be returning an item(s). Unfortunately, Nice Kicks cannot refund the price of shipping for returns. If Nice Kicks is at fault however, please contact us to discuss Pre-Paid Shipping.
It is impossible for Nice Kicks generate or send pre-paid international shipping labels for returns. If you're returning an item because of an error made by Nice Kicks, please contact us at (844)-257-5287 and emial us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss shipping arrangements.
If we are decidedly responsible for the issues warranting a return or exchange, we can refund or reimburse the shipping(only) price immediately after you provide us with proof of shipment/cost. The remaining amount of the refund will be submitted when we receive and process your item(s).
As with domestic returns, you will have 14 days from the day you receive your package to ship to the address below.
PLEASE NOTE: Nice Kicks can not cancel/refund/return an international order when a customer "refuses" to pay taxes/fees/tariffs associated with importing, and abandons the package. Customers are expected pay the fees that their shipments accrue, or their right to a refund will be refused. Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please contact as soon as practical for assistance. All cancellations are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.
