The Ultraboost has a knitted upper, sublimated tie dye pattern and a matte black cage and heel clip, It has a white boost midsole, continental gum outsole, and a red torsion plate. The Nice Kicks x adidas Consortium Ultraboost No Vacancy has a graphic insole, is laced with black laces, and comes with an alternate set of red laces. The right tongue calls our Nice Kicks branding and the left tongue uses the adidas badge and sports logo.

The upcoming Nice Kicks x adidas Consortium Ultraboost takes design cues directly from that original NMD. The OG was inspired by the tie dye patterns found in San Francisco's Haight Street neighborhood. Our 5 year tie dye project will celebrate our past at Nice Kicks, but it will also close the door on the tie dye pattern for us. We always want to move forward here at Nice Kicks. The Nice Kicks team looks to take the Consortium in exciting new directions that will enrich both Nice Kicks and adidas, and most importantly, sneaker culture.
For our latest, and last, tie dye project, we are utilizing the theme of "No Vacancy." With this Ultraboost collab, we were motivated by the nostalgic notion of going on a road trip with friends. The kind of trip where the destination is not as important as the journey. The Ultraboost celebrates getting away from the mundane and finding some relaxing time for yourself. After the stress we have all been under the last year or so, the Nice Kicks x adidas Consortium Ultraboost No Vacancy hopes to inspire everyone to escape now that the world is a bit easier to navigate.
We played with the phrase "No Vacancy" for this Consortium release. No Vacancy means full - there is no more room. We want to take that idea of no Vacancy and apply it to our own personal thoughts. We hope this release inspires you to fill your head with positivity and offer No Vacancy to the negativity and toxic feelings so may of us have been filled with lately.
